When I called to book my first appointment I was told that they accept all Delta insurance policies. I took the day off and showed up for my first appointment with all my paperwork filled out and I was turned away at the front desk because they didn't except my version of that Delta dental insurance. After I let them know I took work off to be there I was told that they were sorry and then send away. I should send them a bill for the work that I missed.
