The "Rat chedda" is out of this world, a Must try for sharp cheese lovers....Smoked Gouda is made for crackers n a movie or book...Horseradish Gouda spread makes a box of wheat thins vanish , & is Awsome as a cheeseburger , the Havarti dill is what I had for breakfast.... it goes on , so you should see for yourself.
If you haven't checked Smith's out in a while you should go. They remoded, added a craft beer section, and expanded their cheese offerings. I got the jalepeno farmers cheese and it was amazing.
