They are okay, they could be better. We order a lot through them because they are local but the employees there look miserable. Like they don't want to work/be there. They have no personality. When we ask them questions, they give me that horrible look, like if I'm asking them to run across country or something.
Local hardware store in town. Always great customer service and reasonable prices.
