disappointed with the service

Horrible called for a rental truck for Friday said he'd have it there between 9-12 called at 11:16 as we haven't heard from him. He said he was leaving shortly to pick up a truck in Keene NH it's now 1pm and still haven't heard from him. Two off us took the day off to move. Now we are on our way to get our own truck in Keene after we waited a whole day for this guy. Completely unreliable and shouldn't be in business DO NOT RENT FROM HERE BUYER BEWARE!!!
